Kaiju Baits Returns Policy
At Kaiju Baits, we want you to be confident in every cast. If you're not completely
satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will
be issued to the original payment method, but please note that shipping costs for
both delivery and return are the responsibility of the customer.
We may offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion if your item
meets any of the following criteria:
1 : The product is faulty or defective
2 : The item doesn’t match the specifications listed on our website
3 : The product isn’t suitable for its described purpose
4 : The item is not of acceptable quality
Exceptions to Our Returns Policy
Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned
All products must be returned in brand new condition—unused.

returned items show signs of use, we’ll notify you and send them back
We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges if:
You’ve changed your mind or no longer want the item
You found the product cheaper elsewhere
The price of the item was reduced after your purchase
Exchanges are not part of our returns process
Return Process
Once you submit a return request via our Contact Us page, our team will assess it
and provide an update. If the item can be repaired, we’ll fix it and ship it back to you.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method—please
allow up to 14 days from the time we receive the returned item.
Refund amounts depend on the reason for return:
1 :If the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll refund both the product
and shipping costs
2 : If you’re returning an item you no longer want, and it’s in unused, brand
new condition, we’ll refund the product cost only (shipping excluded),
provided it’s returned within 30 days of receipt.
